Chicken Wings

Gluten-free for Kids

Tasty comfort food kids love - but gluten-free for those with Celiac.

Kid-created and tested.

Exhale. Enjoy.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

For these recipes to be GF, all ingredients you use must be GF. For more information, see read about GF foods and ingredients

So your child has celiac... and must eat gluten-free.

You have to think about school lunches, quick breakfasts, & keeping everyone happy.

You don't have to make many food sacrifices.

Kids can still have the comfort foods they love

& eat the same kinds of foods their friends eat.

Easy.

Most of the recipes are quick and easy.

Options for lunch boxes and breakfasts.

We have gathered recipes for favorite childhood foods, especially for lunch boxes, and breakfasts. As dinner is the easiest to cook without gluten, I am not focusing much on that now.

Stay tuned for more recipes to come!

Welcome! When we learned that my sister, who was ten years old, had Celiac Disease and had to eat totally gluten-free, we were overwhelmed and scared.

She was afraid she'd never have her favorite foods again. I was also afraid of our house becoming totally gluten-free. And my mother was afraid of grocery shopping and preparing meals we would all like.

Starting at age 13, I tried cooking and baking foods my sister could eat. After many tries, we learned that it was pretty easy! But there was no cookbook or source just for kids' foods and recipes that they can easily make if they want to. So we created this.

Enjoy!
