(Because it takes a Villi!)

The GF Lifestyle

Cooking GF at first is...
Totally overwhelming and scary.
But it DOES get better and easier. It just takes time and information. We hope we can help you for now.
We think that kids being able to have - and even cook for themselves - the comfort foods that they love is a great way to say that meals don't have to drastically change when you go gluten-free.

Dinners are the easiest to adapt to gluten free. Plus, leftovers make great lunches in a thermos or at room temperature. Quick before-school breakfasts and lunches to bring to school... those were the hardest to find tasty, easy GF options. So we focus more on these. Look for this symbol for quick and easy lunch box ideas.

A note about ALLERGIES:
-
A number of recipes include nuts, dairy, and/or eggs because they are a good and easy way to have protein. Lots of children are allergic to these, and other ingredients. For now, we are leaving it to you to know how to substitute ingredients (oil for eggs, non-dairy for milk) but we hope one day soon to be able to add these for you.
